Hilton Just Go With It Hawaii Contest
I just entered this and I'm pretty sure I've already disqualified myself. The website itself is pretty tricky. It sounds like they sell your info to people so make sure you check the box for them to not give your information to any third party. You can only enter once online. I accidentally sent it twice. I guess we won't be competing!

Family Fun magazine contest
Lynne gave me an idea for a contest to enter from the magazine FamilyFun--February 2011 episode. There are two prizes. A set of 17 inch-tall Disney Store Singing Dolls and the 60th anniversary edition of Alice in Wonderland. The deadline is February 28, 2011.
Mike won an IPAD!
Last night as my brother Mike was driving home from work he called me to tell me he won an I-Pad from a radio contest! He was sitting at his desk listening to the radio. He called in and was the 10th caller. He had to answer a question about something they had played earlier on the radio. Before he called he googled the answer because he didn't know it. They said, "Congratulations you've won an I Pad!". UNBELIEVABLE. It can happen to someone! I told Minte and we started screaming and ran down to tell Rudy. He probably thought the house was on fire!

$5000 gift card at Target
Happy New Year and the first official day of my contest entering. Today I entered a contest for a $5000 giftcard from Target. I bought a gallon of milk for my Mom while we were in California for Christmas and the receipt had the rules for the contest.
Today while Rudy, Minte, and I were driving in the car we started to talk about what we would buy with the $5000 gift card if we won. Minte wanted an XBOX, and a Wii. Rudy and I both wanted an I Pad. I also wanted a bike and a shed for all our yard equipment (if they even have one!)
I think this contest entering is going to be great for teaching Minte about how to be materialistic. Perfect.
